General Contractor's responsibilities

As General Contractor, we assume full responsibility for:

development and verification of project documentation,
conducting administrative procedures related to the commencement, execution and completion of construction,
coordination of all construction and trade works, including integration of the investor's technological processes,
execution of works with the participation of our own teams, proven subcontractors and suppliers,
obtaining an occupancy permit,
support and service of the investor during the warranty period.
